Delivery, Returns and Refund Policy
DELIVERY POLICY:
8-9 Working days, Delivery charges will be provided during the checkout. Kindly share the Unboxing video of the product t 9150550253 to claim for damages. Customers loss of interest after buying the product will not be considered as a damage and will also not be replaced
RETURN POLICY:
- Any damages to the product will be replaced when provided with the appropriate product unboxing Video, Kindly Repack the product in the exact way you received. In case if you have received the package that is being opened, kindly take a snap of the package and return it back to the delivery Person.
- Unused & In the same condition that you received.
- In the same packaging box so as to assure that the product doesn’t get damaged in-transit back to us.
Product will not be replaced on customers loss of Interest. As mentioned there will be a slight change in colour due to on-screen representation
REFUND POLICY:
We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your order to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions about the return pickup & shipping details.
Please note that, a coupon (Store Credit) is given instead of a refund. The cost of reverse shipping i.e. – Getting us to collect it from you, will come at a cost of INR 130 which will be borne by the customer. The store credit will be issued after deducting INR 150 from the price of the products returned once delivered back to us.
